Professional Retail Store Supervisor
Ellisons is the UK's number one beauty therapy and hairdressing supplier to the professional industry. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to work within our Birmingham Professional Retail Store.

The hours of work are 38 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 3.00pm

The successful candidate will
- Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
- Liaise with the Branch Manager in order to achieve maximum efficiency/productivity
- Maintain discipline and control of staff ensuring that any problem is either acted upon or highlighted to the manager immediately and resolved without delay
- Courteously and promptly assist customers enquires, transactions and requests
- Undertake the smooth running of the promotion change over
- Carry out stock replenishing duties
- Carry out perpetual inventory
- Proven retail experience working at a supervisory level
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- GCSE Grade C English and Maths, or equivalent
- Knowledge of the hair and beauty industry is preferred, but not essential
- Good problem solving skills
- Willingness to learn
- Target driven and proactive
