My Client is one of the world's most famous luxury retailers and they now have a vacancy in its very successful store in Central London.
With an expansion plan in place for 2017 , this is a great opportunity to join this very successful retailer.
YOU WILL BE;
An experienced stockroom assistant/controller, not necessarily in fashion, with the ability to organise and operate effectively in a high volume store whilst achieving the highest levels of customer service.
You will have experience of the following;
•Follow and adhere to all stock related processes and procedures, covering receiving of goods into the store to effective organization of product within the stockroom.
•Effectively manage and maintain organization of stockroom ensuring that all stock is divided by categories, alphabetical order, colours, season (New Season/Sale) and located in correct areas
•Manage and maintain stockroom space according to Health & Safety guidelines
•Process deliveries efficiently, accurately and in timely manner ensuring that all relevant delivery paperwork is accepted and filed accordingly. Any stock discrepancies must be reported to Stock Control.
•Ensure all merchandise is labelled with correct SKUs and any price changes are actioned on timely basis
•Take an active role in store stock takes
•Minimize stock loss through regular and frequent stock counts. Feedback to Management of any discrepancies
•Assist in the preparation of merchandise that is displayed on the shop floor. Communicate information about new arrivals, sold out stock, repeat line, etc.
•Physical stock management/movement within both stockroom and shop floor, effective maintenance of stock overflow and storage
•Assist shop floor staff in locating correct merchandise in the stockroom.
