We've got an opportunity for a technically savvy HR Systems Manager to join our improved HR Shared Service in Leeds. This is a brand new role focusing on the implementation and continuous management of our cloud based SAP SuccessFactors system across our HR and Payroll functions. Our HR system holds data for over 15,000 employees across the UK. So this is a chance for you to make your mark.

From day one you'll play a high profile part in making sure the SuccessFactors solution is fit for purpose and our people know how to use it effectively. You'll become a true expert on the technical architecture and functional use of the system. Initially you'll help the implementation team, but looking to the future your role will involve governance, project management of quarterly releases, user training and continuous improvement. You'll be the centre pin of our system management.

As you'll know, we can never rest on our laurels with a solution of this size and strategic importance. You'll manage relationships with our third party providers and our technology team to make sure our business stakeholders' needs are met. You'll also manage a HR Systems Analyst who'll support you in your mission.

You're a technical systems expert with experience of large scale system implementations across complex, diverse organisations. Ideally you'll have worked closely with cloud based HR systems. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be a bonus, and an understanding of enabling technologies such as XML / HANA cloud integration platform would be great too. You're a competent and confident IT Project Manager with the ability to manage releases across extensive user groups and support the development and roll out of additional SuccessFactor modules.

You'll understand the HR lifecycle, key stages in an employee's journey and the processes that go alongside them. You can manage relationships with senior stakeholder and third parties, and will happily make yourself available to any of our colleagues who need your guidance and support.
