Berry Recruitment are looking to source a Pastry Chef for a well-established restaurant & wedding venue in the Stafford area. The ideal Pastry Chef will have worked within a similar environment previously.
About the person;
* A chef with a passion for food and a keen interest in pastry
* Experience working with fresh food & locally sourced ingredients
* Experience with EHO and food hygiene
* Able to develop new ideas to present well-presented pastry products
* Able to take instruction from the Head Chef
Skills required and duties;
* Creative skills
* Confident pastry skills
* Driven by high standards and attention to detail
* Eager to introduce new ideas
The ideal candidate will be eager to bring their own input and creative design to the large pastry offering at this venue.
