HR Advisor

Artis HR are currently recruiting for a Hr Advisor for an exciting high growth, and innovative business in central Bristol. This is a permanent full time opportunity paying GBP30000 per annum.

Job Description
*Working directly with the HR Director, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to a number of key teams in the Bristol office
*Supporting line mangers with recruitment, on-boarding, performance management and a wide range of employment and employee relations matters, your role will be varied and busy.
*Working closely with the wider senior management team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in many exciting people-related projects as they progress their people strategy and drive innovation, business improvements and change.

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally proactive, looking for an exciting, autonomous role with real accountability. You will have a broad generalist HR background, is used to working in a fast paced and changing environment and can plan and prioritise their workload accordingly.
