Sole Payroll Specialist

Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be partnering with a leading business in the education sector based near Baker Street, to take ownership of the full payrol process. Reporting into the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Take ownership of the payroll process and manage three monthly payrolls for 600+ employees

Reconcile all payroll control accounts

Administrate and manage company pension schemes

Manage annual returns, PSAs, P11Ds and reports as necessary

Resolve payroll and pension queries and discuss policy issues with senior staff

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Experience of running similar sized payrolls from start to finish

Experience of salary sacrifice schemes and pension scheme administration

Keen ability to interpret payroll rules and regulations

Previous experience sitting within an accounts or finance team

Detailed knowledge of payroll systems, taxation and national insurance rules

Great attention to detail, time management, customer service and communication skills
