We have ambitious fundraising targets and with our dynamic team of fundraising professionals we offer our supporters a wide range of ways to give and engage with us.The Fundraising Business Improvement team is a small, close-knit team with a large and varied remit to provide an internal consultancy service to fundraising. We work in partnership with our fundraising colleagues to lead diagnostics of current services and processes, facilitate the improvement and design of processes and systems, and advise on or deliver hands on project management support for operational change projects. Our work is critical to making sure that fundraising activities are supported with a robust process. And that our fundraising is managed as efficiently as possible, providing our supporters with a great experience of the charity and making sure we do not waste money or resource un-necessarilyWe are looking for someone to join our team with specialist knowledge and skills in project management, improvement techniques and change management. If you are well organised, analytical, methodical and enjoy building rapport with colleagues to drive improvement then we would like to hear from you. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to undertake planned travel to a wide range of Marie Curie sites across the UK.
