The Company:
Our client is a unique training company that works with leading businesses to transform behaviour with instant observable results.

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Client Services Coordinator who will be central to the successful delivery of each of their training sessions.

The Client Services Coordinator Role:
As the Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for booking and arranging travel & accommodation for trainers, whilst managing the relationships with all suppliers related to the successful delivery of our training sessions.

In addition, you will maintain a high level of client satisfaction and exceptional customer service throughout the duration of any programme.

This is a fully remote working contract – allowing you to prioritise and manage your workload to suit your flexibility from home, provided that all client facing interactions are undertaken between 9am and 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Book and arrange travel & accommodation for the trainers to ensure a smooth delivery of each training session based around the UK and overseas
  • Be the central hub for any printing, travel and accommodation required by the whole company.
  • Diary management for the training team
  • Manage the relationships with all suppliers related to material production and office supplies (external Printers, Couriers) and monitor service, value for money and reliability
  • Oversee material logistics and production, ensuring the training schedule is well maintained and up to date
  • Drive initiatives to improve client relationship and build a world class customer service experience
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and exceptional customer service throughout the duration of any programme
  • Respond to all customer complaints and escalations positively and respectfully
  • Maintain an effective line of communication between the Sales and Training Business Areas
  • Work within the set department budget for booking company events and meeting room spaces
  • Manage the budget for each training programme and track the expenses for each delivery accordingly

Skills & Experience Required:

 

 

  • Experience in supplier and logistics management
  • Able to effectively manage a busy workload and manage conflicting priorities
  • Excels in a demanding and changing environment.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word; Excel & PowerPoint is a requirement
  • Experience to understand and work with new technologies
  • Experience in data analysis and customer feedback
  • Strong administration skills and experience, ideally gained within a corporate environment
  • Experience of multi-tasking and prioritising a busy workload
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to be on calls with clients and team members throughout the day as required
  • The ideal candidate will take personal pride in their work, understanding that whilst the role is manually intensive at present, they are integral in the success of automating the process which will be scheduled across the coming months.
