Sales and Rental Branch Manager

Fantastic opportunity with excellent earning potential for an experience vehicle sales person to head up their own branch for a successful local company.
Due to continued growth and success this company are now opening a second branch based in Gloucester and looking for a self motivated and confident sales person to manage it.
You will be responsible for the effective operation of the site, initially in a very hands on capacity. Initially working in a stand alone capacity you will need to think, act and execute as though this is a new start up business, for which you will be fully responsible.
As well as working to achieve weekly vehicle sales targets and delivering service excellence to customers, you will also be responsible for growing the vehicle rental business through developing positive new relationships with local businesses.
The ideal person will demonstrate an appetite for success, with energy and enthusiasm and will be a natural and confident communicator, who poses a natural selling flair and instinct.
Demonstrating the ability to work confidently independently is essential, as is the ability to think and act with pace and agility in order to drive sales and provide excellent service.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate energy around their own career and personal development, and would ideally have the capacity and drive for long term career progression of their own making.
Experience of vehicle sales and/or vehicle rental experience is essential for this position.
Hours for this role are Mon - Fri between 8am - 5 and Sat between 8am-10am. On top of a competitive basic salary there is a generous bonus scheme with OTE of around £35k.
