A small firm of Chartered Surveyors are looking to recruit an Administrator.

Key Responsibilities for the position:

- Answering the telephone and forwarding messages
- Assisting Directors to produce reports
- (Audio) transcription typing
- Digital and hard copy filing
- Comparable searching using Co-Star, Lonres & Mouse Price
- Creating and chasing invoices
- The ability to work on your own and with other staff
- Dealing with post: receipting and sending
- Preparing boardroom for meetings and greeting clients
- General administrative duties/ Ad-hoc duties

Software experience:

- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Office 365
- Adobe InDesign (Desirable)
- Sage 50 Accounts

Skills & Experience:

- Polite telephone manner
- Ideally, a minimum of 1 year's experience in an admin/customer service role
- Good team player
- Flexible
- Focused and conscientious
- Good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and outgoing
- Driven
- Able to see tasks or projects through from beginning to end
- Excellent computer skills

Office Hours:

9-15am to 5:30pm

Nearest Train station:
Whitechapel (Underground and Overground)
Aldgate East
Shadwell DLR
