Care Worker / Support Assistant
Kidderminster
21 hours per week*
**£8.45 per hour plus mileage allowance
(Includes payment for travel time between appointments)
Our client currently has opportunities for Care Workers to join their team. The main requirement of this role will be to carry out personal care services to residents. You will follow the care plan instructions to assist the customers, who will mainly be older people.
The successful candidate will be passionate about helping older and vulnerable people along with providing excellent customer service.
We are looking for an excellent communicator who has great time management and who understands confidentiality. Sympathetic and with a tolerant disposition you will be a team player who has an approachable personality.
Employees must have satisfactorily completed 16 weeks of their probation period before being considered for other posts within the organisation.
* Flexible working over a seven day rota (to include days, evenings, and weekends)
** Pay award pending with effect from 1st April 2018.
