Deputy Manager (Learning Disabilities)
I am actively seeking a forward thinking, motivated and person centred deputy manager to join a small yet homely residential service for adults with learning disabilities and behaviours which may prove challenging.

You will split your time between working on the floor, delivering person centred care and also overseeing delegated managerial duties.
You will effectively lead a large team of staff, including team leaders and will ensure that all care delivered is in line with CQC and company guidelines. Your priority will be to ensure that the people you support lead a full, independent and healthy lifestyle that promotes choice, dignity and respect.
This is the perfect opportunity for a forward thinking, pro-active team leader or senior support worker who is seeking the next step on the career ladder. You will be able to demonstrate excellent team management and delegation skills, and be committed to delivering care that has positive outcomes and challenging poor proactive.
