Acquisitions and Development Surveyor

The Role:

• Source new opportunities
• Financial Analysis and Development Appraisal - cash flow, financing, geared IRR, POC, ROC, ROE
• Consideration of third party funding options - debt and equity
• Negotiation and structuring of acquisitions
• Preparation and presentation to the board of Preliminary Investment Report/Full Investment Report (PIR & FIR)
• Due diligence for acquisitions
• Procurement and management of project teams for development
• Preparation and management of budgets and timescales
• Timely and accurate reporting of progress
• Liaise with other team members to exchange and uphold best practices
• Promotion of my clients business and building of network of agents, advisers bring opportunities

• Creative as well as practical
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive character with "can do" attitude
• Driven and self-motivated individual who always wants to improve processes
• Able to think outside the box to find innovative solutions to practical problems
• Organized and rigorous
• Interest in workspace trends, design, technology
• Capable of quick, broad analysis of opportunities with commercially savvy approach
• Have the ability to work autonomously
