Our international client, a private bank, is seeking a relationship for their Manchester office. This person will report into and assist the Business Banking Senior Manager to maintain and develop a portfolio of Business Banking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Liaise with the internal stakeholders and existing customers to originate referrals for new customer acquisition
-Manage existing customer relationships to cross sell/up sell business banking product
-Use effective marketing and sales promotional tools for raising the bank's profile
-Active participation in community events, industry forums to generate new business opportunities
-Regular monitoring of accounts, timely flagging & communicating with clients or operations or compliance as required
-To undertake projects and assignment from time to time as directed by Supervisor

Candidate Requirements:

-To exhibit sound knowledge and understanding of sales processes
-To exhibit sound knowledge and understanding of SME and Business Banking
-Credit Note writing and Credit Assessment skills will be an asset
-Strong negotiation and presentation skills; ability to communicate clients as well as with all levels in the organisation
-Self-motivated and self-driven
-Good interpersonal skills and team player
-Ability to sense and scan external market environment to assess the threats and opportunities
