Are you currently working in a high-end hotel / restaurant / college environment and looking to advance your career with a move into the residential property sector?
We are looking for someone with a background in general maintenance, excellent customer service skills, contractor management experience and the ability to supervise and lead a small team.
Key Criteria
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a general maintenance contractor.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of leading a team.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of contractor management, including approving and assessing all sub-contractor works.
The Role
The overall purpose of this job is to be responsible for maintaining the quality standards of this prestigious residential development. The Head Caretaker will be responsible for quickly and efficiently resolving all maintenance issues, ensuring that the communal areas are kept clean and tidy, undertaking/overseeing basic/routine maintenance and providing exceptional customer service to all residents and their visitors. Residents should feel happy to live in a development staffed by the company

Salary - £23,000 - £25,000, depending on experience
Hours - 8am - 5pm and 11am - 8pm (Rotating weekly) Monday to Friday
