The Role:

As a Quality Assurance & Training Supervisor, you’ll ensure that our customer service offering is of the highest standards by:

- Carrying out observations of calls and providing coaching and feedback to employees
- Identifying training requirements and potential areas for improvement
- Working with the Equity Release function to create and maintain a T&C framework that facilitates continuous improvement and has the customer at its heart
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify the root cause of any issues
- Providing support to Managers and creating development plans
- Ensuring that we operate in-line with company and regulatory body requirements

About You:

To be considered as a Quality Assurance & Training Supervisor, you’ll need:

- At least three years’ financial services experience gained within a mortgage or financial advisory firm
- The ability to use all MS Office programs to a competent level
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships at all levels
- An analytical mindset
- A commitment to achieving and maintaining service excellence
