Customer Service Advisor - FTC
Salary circa £14,000 (pro rata part time 25 hours per week)
Walsall, West Midlands
Fixed Term Contract (various contract durations available from 3 months to 12 months) 25 hours per week

The role will involve being the first point of contact for whg customers; you will create the right first impression and be able to build rapport with our customers; demonstrating tact and diplomacy in a calm and professional manner.  You will have the ability to work well on your own and cope well under pressure, particularly when there is a peak in customer demand.

We are looking for candidates who will be able to provide a professional and responsive customer orientated service to our customers via our Contact Centre and receptions. You will have recent and relevant experience of working in a customer service environment, the ability to verbally communicate clearly and effectively is essential.

You must be flexible, as the Customer Service Team operates shift patterns between 08.00am and 20.00pm Monday to Friday and 08.0am to 13.00pm Saturday.
