A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Assistant to join a leading-edge technology company currently based in Royston, Hertfordshire, but moving to Little Gransden, Cambridgeshire shortly. The successful Client Services Assistant will earn an annual salary of £13,500 - £17,000 per annum plus a range of additional benefits.

The company is small but growing rapidly. They develop specialist software for customers across the UK. Their products are developed continuously in response to customers’ requests for features to help them cope with a constantly changing landscape of legal and business demands. As a Client Services Assistant you will be responsible for receiving client calls and offering front line support. Additional key duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Obtaining full details of more complex issues to be referred to the development team
  • Eventually be involved in developing supporting documentation for the company’s software
  • Communicating with clients via phone and email
To be considered for the role of Client Services Assistant you must have an excellent telephone manner and strong literacy and numeracy skills. In addition, the following key skills are essential:
  • High level of computer literacy and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic and keen to learn and develop your career
  • Full driving licence or CBT essential
In addition to a salary of £13,500 - £17,000 per annum the successful Client Services Assistant will receive the following benefits:
