Brook Street are currently seeking 15 inbound call centre operatives based in Doncaster for a well known and reputable client. This is a really exciting opportunity for those with no phone based experience so this is an amazing "foot in" to your career in in customer services within an office environment.
However, fantastic telephone manners and computer literacy are essential!
We`re looking for candidates with great Customer Service skills gained from either a telephone or face to face environment.
The minimum requirements to be considered for this role are;
- 2 years customer service experience.
- Good typing speed
- Great telephone manner
You will start on £15600 and offered a salary increase after 6 months service. Then following another 6 months service another pay rise will follow. After 12 months with the company you will have yearly appraisals as well as other opportunities to progress onto other teams where, as with the appraisals you may be offered a pay rise with scope to progress into management roles!
