Customer Service / Administrator
My client in the Leyland area is looking for an office administrator on a part time basis initially for three days a week with the view to go permanent FULL TIME. The successful applicant will have a proven background within an administration role with the ability to handle a heavy workload effectively, prioritise and multi task and maintain the highest levels of accuracy.
" Raising quotes for customers
" Data entry.
" Liaising with Trainers and Clients to coordinate training
" Planning/Coordinating the electronic diary & training courses
" Checking/managing course bookings
" Supporting and facilitating Training Team to prepare for courses.
" General admin ( filing etc )
Character profile of the Office Administrator:
" Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
" Computer literacy - Proficient in Microsoft applications.
" Strong attention to detail
" Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
" Ability to prioritise workloads and work with some level of flexibility
" Can-do, positive attitude
" Excellent communication and telephone skills
" Energetic and motivated
" Able to work well as a team and by themselves
" Organised, with good time management and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
" The ability to produce concise and accurate summaries of work undertaken.
" Previous experience in an assistant or support role.
" Calm and professional working manner.
Hours: Tuesday, Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm & Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
