We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sous Chef
To be considered for the position you must meet the following criteria:

-Have a minimum of 3 to 5 year's experience in a background in food led establishments, preferably in wedding& conferences of 100+
-Be able to work under pressure
-Be able to work as a team, having a good command of English
-Have determination, ambition and initiative
-Be able to make your own plans, priorities and be organised, being determined to exceed your targets
-Have good literacy and numeracy skills
-Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, including ingredients and machinery/equipment
-Train new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement and plating of dishes per the current menu
-Flexibility, be able to work during weekends, evenings and public holidays
