Building Surveyor
A multi-national Property and Construction Consultancy are seeking a project focused Building Surveyor with 3+ years industry experience to join their established Winchester, Building Consultancy team.
The successful Building Surveyor will join a leading consultancy who offer advice at every stage of the property cycle and service a broad variety of clients working across sectors including
- Commercial
- Retail
- Hotels
- Leisure
The Role of the successful Building Surveyor
- Providing advice on the design and construction of both residential and commercial properties
- Building and acquisition surveys
- Defect diagnosis
- Schedules of dilapidations
The Successful Building Surveyor
- Experience as a project focused Building Surveyor
- Experience in working in a private practice/consultancy environment
- Experience running social housing projects desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
In return, the successful Building Surveyor will receive
- GBP35,000 - GBP45,000
