Supply Staff Administrator
A family run business based near Milton is looking for a Supply Staff Administrator to join them on a long-term permanent basis. You will be expected to work a variety of early and late shifts ranging between 7:00am - 17:30pm and you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle, due to company location.
This varied position involves organising and arranging meetings with clients as well as candidates and ensuring all compliance and paperwork has been completed for all candidates who are registered to work. Once candidates are registered you will be responsible for placing available candidates in temporary supply staff positions within their local area to maintain an excellent standard of service for both candidates and clients.
The majority of the role will be over the phone so you must have an excellent telephone manner as well as a highly organised and focussed mind and the ability to be flexible. You will need to have excellent IT skills and previous administration and customer service experience to be considered for this role.
For the right candidate the company are offering £20-25k (dependent on experience) as well as a Pension scheme, private healthcare and a mileage allowance of 40pence per mile, during business hours.
