Trainee Software Support Consultant
The role involves providing technical support with regard to Sage accounting software and associated software products.
As part of our award winning support team, you will be required to respond to customer support calls via telephone and email. You will need an excellent phone manner and the desire to provide first class customer service.
We are happy to consider all applicants, but the role would ideally suit a graduate looking for their first opportunity or perhaps someone who uses Sage software in their current position but would be interested in starting a career in the software industry. Regardless of your background, as you grow into the role and learn more about our company and the technologies involved, the opportunity to develop your career will be significant.
Knowledge of Sage 50, Sage 200 or any accounting software will be a significant advantage. However, whilst technical ability and knowledge is important to our company, this is something we can help you with.
Securing the right candidate is the most important thing to us so, full time, part time or perhaps school/term time working are all options we would be prepared to discuss.
