Business Systems and Procedures Administrator
Salary £18,000 to £23,000 subject to experience
Monday – Friday 08:30-17:30 (40 hours per week)
Trowbridge, Wilts BA14

Job Description
As a Business Systems and Procedures Administrator you will assist in documenting and amending company procedures, producing user guides to aid users complete their tasks and providing training to users.

You will also provide first line support to the business's internal software systems, this is a diverse role where you will be splitting your time across a mixture of support ranging from face-to-face to remote and document based.

You will also be responsible for maintaining company documents through creation and amendment ensuring the QA process is followed.

Training will be provided to allow you to assist our users, enabling them to use the systems to their full extent.

Responsibilities

  • Writing, editing, and revising user guides/business process flow charts
  • Writing, editing, and revising company documents
  • Responding to user queries via helpdesk, email, or phone
  • Providing assistance for general questions and problems
  • Support internal software systems
  • Assist the Business Systems Manager and other IT members with adhoc projects and tasks

Skills

  • Dealing with complex administrative procedures
  • Good customer service skills with patience and understanding
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with people at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office ideally including excel, word and visio
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills with good attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
  • Familiarity with the operation of a busy office environment
