MRICS Asset Management Retail Surveyor

An exceptional role within Asset Management has become available working with a highly successful Retail Asset Services team in Bristol. The department is looking to expand with the recruitment of a Chartered Senior Surveyor, so if you are an experienced MRICS Asset Management Surveyor looking to progress your career with a forward thinking and well-regarded firm this could be your next career move.

Joining an already thriving department that specialises within shopping-centre management, and working in conjunction with the firm's partner, you will deliver a market-leading asset-management service to your clients, utilising your practical understanding of day-to-day retail commercial-property management. Previous retail experience would be an ideal fit, but is not essential.

Within this role, you will support partners within the team to manage larger shopping-centre instructions and will take charge of centre managers and onsite teams. You'll also resolve any tenant queries and attend client meetings and will assist in the smooth transition of properties into management and during property disposals. Your customer-service skills will be second to none, and you will call on these daily whilst managing your portfolio.
