Customer Service Advisor

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service advisor or an experienced call handler looking to work in the Public Sector. Based in Manchester City Centre, this role offers work with a reputable government client and you will be surrounded by a great team to support you through this journey. Working in a busy inbound call centre, you`ll be dealing with issues of a sensitive and personal nature. You`ll need to use your good administrative skills to confirm client details over the phone and comply with data protection regulations. You`ll adhere to company practices and values, updating each case as you go on their online system.

You`ll be working from Monday - Friday, and your hours will be set on a rolling shift between 8am and 6pm, giving you some flexibility in your day to day life.

The successful candidate will need to provide us with 3 years of references and also undergo a criminal check, be able to work accurately under pressure. Graduates CV will be desirable
