Overview of Role:

Working as part of the Clients Development function within the Buildings division of a leading International Construction Consultancy you will work with the Client Development Director, Regional Sector Leaders and Account Leaders to support the delivery of the annual revenue plan, including the development of a sustainable pipeline. You will help compile market reports, dashboards and sector KPI's to provide the necessary insight into our collective Buildings business, as well as our individual sector teams

Role Purpose:

  • To work alongside the Client Development Director to support the delivery of our sector sales plans, strategic pursuits, Top 35 Clients Account Management, and Oracle Sales Cloud reporting.
  • To work alongside our Sector and Account leadership to support in the development and implementation of sector business plans and individual account plans (focus on Top 35 clients).
  • To undertake market/client analysis and create insight to enable the leadership team deliver UK growth and deliver to plan.
  • To manage and coordinate UK Buildings compliance with Oracle Sales Cloud and the necessary reporting from it.
  • To support in the development of marketing materials in order to achieve sustainable growth for the Buildings division, increase market presence, and deliver excellent client care.
  • To support the Building's Leadership community through insight, analysis and communications - e.g. development of the Buildings Handbook and Intranet page.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive the implementation and execution of the local client development strategy and plan with the Client Development Director.
  • Demonstrate best practice and offer Oracle Sales Cloud support to the Buildings account and sector leadership teams.
  • Prepare monthly Regional Sector and Top 35 client dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Co-ordinate the collation and production of monthly Buildings sales/account planning reports and facilitation of working sessions, particularly the Client Development Board.
  • Keep schedule and change control of local key clients (Top 35) and ensure that account plans, marketing materials, and review structure is in place.
  • Ownership of workflow for Global Excellence Centre in terms of the Buildings Graphic Support.
  • Supporting growth of Top 35 Accounts and Buildings Sales Revenue Plan for 2018.
  • Ownership of the Buildings Intranet page and Handbook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a local ambassador, articulating and representing the vision and value propositions internally and externally.
  • Act as a key conduit for bid support across Buildings.
  • Act as a key conduit to the central UK Client Focus Team.
  • Drive the implementation and execution of the local client development strategy and plan with the Client Development Director.
  • Lead the alignment of sector teams to understand propositions and drive revenue growth.
  • Support development of marketing and communication plans that position the consultancy in the local or divisional market.
  • Support identification of new clients, products, service and proposition opportunities locally and their fulfilment through commercially viable value propositions that differentiate the consultancies.
  • Lead and support regional pursuits by contributing local insights and leading the engagement of the most senior local client and business leaders.
  • Nurture and grow a sustainable network of relationships, leveraging these for maximum impact for the consultancy.
  • Support the local client development function, continuously improving capability to be recognised as best in class.
  • Promote a vibrant health and safety culture and practice.

What You have to Offer:

  • 1-3 years professional experience within a consultancy organisation. This could be in a marketing, sales or service delivery capacity.
  • Understanding of key trends and themes within the real estate and property environment
  • Awareness of sales and marketing techniques
  • Relevant experience of delivering internal projects (sales or market research)
  • Understanding Oracle Sales Cloud, or similar systems.
  • Experience of data analysis to draw insight that can be used in reports for Buildings leadership team.
  • Awareness of account planning; ability to assist in preparation and development of clear objectives and actions.
  • Awareness of sales propositions and how to develop them.
