We have developed fantastic relationships with our board, partners, managers and employees which supports us in providing first class and proactive support to an ever changing business. You will have proven experience of providing HR support in a wide range of people situations and solid experience of handling performance management, disciplinary and grievance cases, sickness absence, maternity, flexible working etc. You will also have experience of researching new employment law, drafting and reviewing policy and process and explaining legislative changes to a diverse audience. You will be comfortable leading meetings and presentations and have strong communication skills (both verbal and written). While experience of working within a law firm or professional services would be helpful, it's not essential.
