This is an exciting opportunity to join the Play for Disabled Children Team. You will work within a specialist play setting leading an experienced team providing and adapting play/youth opportunities to meet the requirements of disabled children and we are currently seeking a Playwork Supervisor at our Ashfield Saturday Club for Disabled Children based at Fountaindale School, Nottingham Road, Mansfield, NG18 5BA.

Playwork Supervisors require experience or training in play or childcare to Level 3 in Childcare or Education or equivalent. Applicants need to be flexible, compassionate, have a willingness to learn/train, and be able to support and care for children/young people aged 5 – 17 years enabling them to access play and leisure activities. Training to develop your expertise will be available. Due to the nature of the work, applicants should be aged 18 or over.

You will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. You will also have the opportunity to join our bank of workers and access supply work to other partner projects.
