PA to Chief Guide & Chair of Trustees

The Chair of Trustees and the Chief Guide are the two most senior volunteer roles in the organisation. They operate at the highest levels of the organisation, holding down demanding volunteer roles alongside their paid employment. Their PA needs to be highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities and to effectively support people who are juggling busy and competing demands themselves. You will manage diaries, travel and accommodation; coordinating agendas, briefings and other meeting materials as required. This role will work closely with the Chief Guide, Chair of Trustees, Lead Volunteers, Chief Commissioners, Senior Managers and a wide range of volunteers and staff. The successful candidate will be can do, high energy and hard working with fabulous communication and interpersonal skills and a real desire to support our Chair and Chief Guide to be the best they can be in their roles. Discreet, professional and highly efficient you will be able to handle confidential information with diplomacy and tact, and build effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
