Service Operations Manager

The spot salary for this post is £43,609 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

Permanent 35 hours per week - Work in Excess of contractual hours will be required

The purpose of the Service Operations Manager within the Contact Centre is to ensure delivery of a consistent customer experience, ensuring operational excellence, service improvement and customer engagement.

As the Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operational elements and delivery of Key Performance Indicators of the Contact Centre and will be expected to liaise with the Team Managers, Director of Customer Contact and the Resource Planning Manager regarding performance management information. You will be instrumental in the implementation of operational projects and will work with the Director of Customer Contact and the IT Department to support the Contact Centre and business strategy.

You must be solutions-focussed and be able to approach problems positively. Extremely strong call centre management experience is essential to be a success in this role.
