Customer Relations Specialist
Excellent opportunity to join a well reputed organisation as a Customer Relations Specialist to handle compaints and disputes and resolve in a timely manner.
This role has excellent working hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,000. Additional benefits include 26 days holiday, pension, interest free season ticket, childcare vouchers and many more!
You will be responsible for handling all complaints and disputes received by the customer service department. You will provide a high level of customer service at all times and ensure all regulations are complied with. This role will involve communicating with customers by phone, email and letter.
In order to be considered you must have previous complaint handling experience within an FCA regulated environment.
