Care Service Manager
EVERGREEN CARE SERVICES MANAGER
The Evergreen Care Trust is a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) No. and has been providing services for older and vulnerable people within the district of Stamford, Bourne and more recently the Deepings and surrounding villages for almost 13 years. The Trust registered as a Care service provider with the CQC in May 2017 and shortly afterwards introduced its first regulated activity, known as the Wellbeing Warden Service. This service operates 7 day a week, monitoring and encouraging the wellbeing of our members, supporting them in achieving their wellbeing goals and assisting with personal needs like meals, medication management, fluids and personal care in crisis.
The Trust is looking to launch its full regulated personal care provision, Florence Care, later in the year and we wish to recruit a suitable, experienced Care Services Manager (RCM) to ensure that the infrastructure, policies and procedures, CQC and Charity Commission compliance, staff recruitment, training and member identification for Florence Care is ready and fit for purpose. The existing unregulated and regulated care services we provide will also be managed by the successful candidate, who will relieve our CEO of her current responsibility as our Registered Care Manager.
