We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Sales Designer/ Sales Consultant to join a growing team in the Solihull showroom. As a Kitchen Sales Designer you will be joining a highly established Independent Merchants with a fantastic reputation, in an award winning showroom. We are looking for someone with the experience and attitude to drive sales with both our trade and retail clients.

We are looking for a Sales Designer / Sales Consultant who is customer focused with a flair for understanding customer requirements and turning them into an inspirational design that the customer will love. The opportunity offers a fantastic growth potential and earning potential for a Merchant who is looking to expand the Kitchen trade aspect of the business. Sales Designer / Sales Consultants must have a passion for design and a desire to generate and drive sales.

Key responsibilities of a Sales Designer / Sales Consultant:

-Driving sales and maximising on all opportunities including cross- selling and add-on sales.

-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

-Conduct Home visits and builds relationships with customers that instil trust.

-Confident in approaching customers

-A proactive approach to chase down leads

-Attention to detail ensure all CAD Designs fit brief provided by the customer

You will have:

-Experience designing Kitchens with CAD 20/20 software.

-A driving license and access to your own vehicle.

-Previous sales experience in Kitchens.

-A Driven personality

-Confident dealing with customers
