Developing business sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base and maximise profitability for the company. Managing the sales process, budget controls, and administration in line with new sales plans and business practices. Streamlining sales orders; from initiation through to sales completion. Motivating, supporting, and supervising the sales team. Producing and presenting sales reports to Management and Staff.

Business and Sales Innovation:
*Bring a fresh approach to sales, looking at changes in trends
*Analyse how new trends will impact the company and how best to follow, or counter, them
*Analyse the profitability of, and the resources required to deliver projects using in-house and/or third-party partners
*Monitor, implement, and continually assess new strategies for team performance
*Compile and analyse sales figures and trends at all times, in preparation for reporting
*Evaluate the effectiveness of sales plans and processes, facilitating continuous improvements
*Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply & demand

Sales processes:
*Follow sales plans to drive sales through from beginning to end
*Understand the implications of selling particular products or working with certain suppliers
*Appreciate when sales will not benefit the company or the client
*Engage with the team to understand and provide costs estimates to clients
*Engage with, and fully understand, the product development cycle and company agile methodology
*Understand resourcing trends within project delivery
*Engage with Marketing Team to enhance the sales process
*Focus on taking client briefs and understanding their KPI's, success measurements, and business drivers
*Attend sales meetings, functions, conferences, shows, or expos

Managerial:
*Run an efficient sales department
*Document sales processes and ensure they are followed
*Collaborate and establish efficiency with other Departments
*Obtain input from the sales team to analyse and identify the most profitable and streamlined sales process
*Focus on and control the cost of sale
*Produce sales reports and deliver them to the Sales Department, Management, and Staff
*Create credible long- and short-term sales plans
*Continually follow, review and promote processes within the department
*Prepare for Sales meetings, keeping reports up to date, using meetings to track & manage tasks for each member of the sales team
*Maintain frequent 1-2-1s with individuals in the sales team, keeping an accurate record of personal needs and managing their personal development
*Identify training and support required in the department for sales tools and personal development

Sales Tools:
*Analyse, identify, build, and maintain sales tools
*Document company products and services from a sales perspective
*Collaborate on case studies and ROI with Clients and Marketing Team
*Analyse and control costs of sales for each opportunity
*Efficiently use sales and business tools, with good IT experience & background including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Excel, Work and PowerPoint), CRM Software
