My farnborough based client is seeking and Equity Release Mortgage Advisor to work for well estabished mortgage advisors. The ideal candidate will have previous Mortgage advisory experience, excellent communication skills and phone manor as well as CERER and CEMAP qualfications you will be giving advice on lifetime mortgages, standard remortgages, protection, b&c, estate planning referral service, pension referral service and funeral plans. With over ten years of experience in telephone and face to face sales, we have an unrivaled knowledge of the UK lead market and the experience and processes in place to provide highly qualified appointments. Our Client Relationship Team engages potential clients with over 100 questions which are designed to avoid wasting client and adviser time by pre-qualifying clients to ensure their suitability for the service. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Client Relationship Team providing feedback and development to assist the Manager with enhancing quality and suitability.
This is predominantly an office based role with advice being given by telephone with the ability to see local clients face to face where required.
Your duties will include:
" Giving holistic advice to our clients having reviewed a fact find provided by our telephone team.
" Products offered will be lifetime mortgages, standard remortgages, protection, b&c, estate planning referral service, pension referral service, funeral plans.
" Working from our dynamic Farnborough office, flexible hours between 09:00 - 19:30 Monday to Friday
" The role will also require the ability to work closely and to train the telemarketing team to ensure that a thorough fact find is carried out by the team.
" You will be CeMAP as well as Equity Release qualified and have at least 6 months lifetime mortgage placement experience.
" Reporting directly to the board of directors with the very real potential of management promotion for the right candidates.
