Do you want to work at a Childrens Home with a difference?
Are you an experienced Deputy or Senior Childrens worker with experience supporting the managing of a Childrens Residential Service?
Do you have an understanding of and a passion for supporting Children with Complex Emotional and behavioural needs?
You will be based in a beautiful unique residential service based in Buxton where the support and therapy your team deliver will have a primary focus on outdoor pursuits, activities like HORSE RIDING, CAMPING and ADVENTURES on a daily basis!
You will be a positive, motivated and active individual with the knowledge, skills and experience required to make a real difference to these childrens lives.
It is essential that you hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childrens and Young People Health and Social Care alongside a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Leadership and Management in Care.
You must also have significant experience within a supervisory or management role and be a driver with your own car.
