Are you a bright, intelligent L&D or Talent professional looking to forge a career with a fabulous well-known brand? If so, this Talent Delivery Manager role based in central London could be the ideal role for you.
You will undertake a pivotal role in supporting the development of colleagues and the delivery of talent plans.
Ideally your experience will have been gained in an L&D or Talent capacity but you may be more of an HR generalist.
A graduate, or graduate calibre, you will have strong systems skills including a high level of Excel and PowerPoint and will be comfortable analysing and interpreting data. You will be a confident communicator, used to building strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Highly organised and pro-active in your approach you should be comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment. Previous experience of Hay Job Evaluation would be advantageous.
