Brook street are currently recruiting for a large international client, we are currently looking for candidate who are CTC (counter terrorism cleared) who have a background in Customer service. The role will involve dealing with incoming queries and enquiries regarding applications while further dealing with administration. The successful candidates will be responsible for:-
-Dealing with all incoming calls in a professional and effective manner
-Consistently achieves productivity and quality targets
-Refer to frequently asked questions and all internal communications to provide a high quality of customer service
-Adheres to all company procedures including Health and Safety, HR and Security
-Follows Data Protection legislation at all times

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate:
-Fast typing speed
-Typing accuracy of 90%
-Computer literate
-Excellent customer service skills and administration skills

The Inquiry Centre department is fundamental to providing an efficient and customer focused service to DBS customers over the telephone. This area holds responsibility to ensure all telephone application details are captured correctly and accurate information is provided to the customer. This involves high quality of data capture and attention to detail along with excellent communication skills.

Each Inquiry Centre Advisor is responsible for answering a wide range of customer enquiries by accessing a Customer Relationship Management system to view customer details and scanned images of the application forms further progressing the applications. Advisors will also access a wide range of information and frequently asked questions in order to ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with to the highest standard.
