Client Relationship Manager
Location: Portsmouth Office but to cover the West of the UK

Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 Hours Per Week)

We have an exciting opportunity within our organisation for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join us and cover our West UK region to support our continued growth.

The Role

My Learning Cloud has a fantastic opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join the team, working primarily across the west of the UK. The fundamental role of our Client Relationship Managers is to foster successful relationships with our clients. You will feel confident in presenting our learning solutions in meeting settings and using learning platforms to demonstrate their capabilities to potential clients.

You will need to have a full driving licence and be willing to travel throughout the UK for sales and client meetings. You will also form part of the team to attend marketing events and exhibitions to promote the My Learning Cloud platform and generate new sales leads. Our Client Relationship Managers are also responsible for preparing written presentations, proposals and price quotations so experience of this would be a must for a successful candidate.

About you

You will be an experienced, skilled and enthusiastic person used to working in a fast-paced environment. You will be passionate about delivering the very best levels of customer service, delighting our clients with your knowledge of our products and available learning solutions and throughout every stage of your work with them. You will also be motivated to achieve and exceed your sales targets.

You will possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, and you will have experience of speaking with both technical and non-technical clients. You will also have a sound knowledge of using Microsoft Office packages. You will be an experienced sales person who is confident to close business dealings effectively.

Essential Requirements

The Client relationship Manager will:

* Have a full driving licence and a vehicle they can use for work purposes
* Be willing to travel across the West of the UK for events and meetings as needed, but to other areas outside of this as cover.
* Be an experienced Sales/Client Relationship Manager
