They are seeking a commercially focused Assistant Manager who is not only a great leader, but someone who can support their team to achieve their best.   

As the Assistant Manager you will play a key role in driving sales and performance in your store.  You will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service standards throughout the store, ensure compliance and drive sales and profitability through the development of Sales Consultants and individual performance.

The successful Assistant Manager will need to be able to demonstrate the following experience:

-Proven track record of success in a management position within retail or similar environment

-Experience of leading a team within a sales-focused and high turnover environment

-The ability to coach and develop your team

-The ability to make our customer's experience a truly exceptional one so they return time and time again

-The ability to work on your own initiative and able to cope with changing priorities

-A calm and resilient work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure.

The successful Assistant Manager will have experience of running a successful store, driving sales and building great teams.

We are keen to hear from any Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Duty Manager, Department Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Sales.  We are very open to sectors however if you are from Retail, Hospitality or Telesales your experience is ideal.
