We are currently looking for a Housing Advisor to join our well established Income Collection team. In this rewarding and challenging role you will manage your own caseload relating to tenancies and licences of customers who are faced with financial difficulties.
Income Collection is a busy and demanding service; you will be faced with conflicting pressures and demands with the challenge of getting the basics right first time for our customers. This is why it is important that you have a co-operative, flexible, assertive and productive approach.
A Level 2 qualification is essential, as is good written and numeracy skills and an understanding of welfare reforms. It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of housing management systems, specifically MIS.
