On a daily basis you will be resourcing and interviewing candidates, meeting with clients and developing new business through various strategies such as telephone, email and marketing. We would need someone who is commercially aware and who can respond quickly to any problems that the clients or candidates may have. Team work is important but you must also be aware that you will have individual performance targets to meet so a resiliant nature is ideal. Due to the location of our clients, who are based throughout the North Yorkshire area, a FCDL is a necessity for this job. In the past we have found that candidates from customer service or sales environments are successful but we have also had some great graduates join us; it really is all about you and what you can offer.
