A leading Care provider specialising in Elderly Care are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Nurse based in Newcastle. The service includes both Nursing and Residential, supporting adults and elderly from 65+ with physical disabilities and dementia.
As part of the clinical team, you will assist in the development and delivery of care plans and will play a significant role in assisting and encouraging them to engage in therapeutic activities and organised events designed to help them increase their skills and independence.
You will need a flexible approach to working hours, be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, and exhibit attitudes and behaviours reflective of the company culture, vision and values. Applications are welcomed from well motivated individuals, able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility.
The ideal applicant must be a qualified Nurse with a current NMC pin, experience of working in a care home setting, along with a strong background of supporting vulnerable adults and the elderly.
