Property Advisor With Commercial Experience

You're a legal eagle with strong property knowledge and experience.

My Client is a solicitors practice in Devon with a history dating back to 1789. However, on a great foundation they have built a high tech 21st century legal practice providing a high standard of legal advice to their loyal and growing Client base.

In your new role you will join Property Team, initially based in the Axminster office to cover a maternity case load then moving long term in their Chard office.

You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or paralegals who are able to demonstrate the appropriate level of property experience with a strong knowledge of commercial law. Confident in running your own case load including high value transactions you will possess a good range of Property and Commercial experience.

You are a team player with a professional attitude to work, with good networking and Client facing skills and keen to help maintain the firm's excellent reputation generally

Pay is £25,000 to £35,000 dependant on level of experience and with this is an excellent benefits package including holiday and pension.
