Due to expansion my client is seeking an additional sales administrator to support the sales teams. This is not just a sales order processing role but more of a consultative support role.
My client has nearly 100 years experience of producing leading edge designs and products and are considered to be one of the most succesful manufacturers in the world. In order for you to provide exceptional client care you will be given extensive training and support on learning about the multitude of products that they offer.
Your role will include responding to all incoming calls and emails and effectively resolving any queries in a professional manner. Other duties include raising orders through SAP and monitoring and tracking orders so all relevant parties are kept updated at all times ,updating the client database , pallning and carrying out any direct marketing activities and providing quotations.
