Mid-Level UX Designer / UX Specialist - Planning, User Research, Usability (Sketch)

We’re looking for a Mid level designer with a passion for UX, keen to progress their career, who is always looking to develop their existing skills by working in a collaborative environment on a variety of exciting and innovative projects.

You’ll be involved in the entire creative process, from planning and user research (both qual and quant) through user flows, wire-framing, mood-boarding and prototype design. A keen understanding of usability and a passion for mobile is important. Keeping up with emerging trends is key to the role.

As our processes are collaborative communication is an important part of this role and you should be confident enough to contribute your ideas throughout the process.

Typical activities:

+ Devising and executing user research
+ Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
+ Putting users at the heart of experiences through well designed user flows and wireframes
+ Creating engaging mood boards and screen designs
+ Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
+ Liaising effectively with clients and other team members
+ Supporting the team through the creation of campaigns and projects

UX Designer Required Skills:

+ Great written and verbal communication skills
+ A good knowledge of Sketch.
+ A passion for design and determination to succeed and improve
+ 2-3 years creative industry experience
+ The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
+ The ability to see projects through from inception to production
+ Consistency regardless of project size
+ Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team

Bonus Skills:

+ Knowledge of Framer.js
+ Knowledge of Photoshop
