Our Client administers the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) and provides pensions to over 1.5 million people. They have in-depth knowledge and expertise in the administration of Defined Benefit pension schemes and provide tailored services to more than 300 Government employers. Also, through their Training and Employee Engagement Service, they offer training on a wide range of pension related topics and legislative change.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Propositions Lead to join their Business Development team where you will be responsible for reviewing, improving and developing existing products/service offerings, and ensuring that our Client is able to offer high quality services to grow market share / revenue.
This is a full time permanent position.
Within the role you will support the identification, origination, pursuit and close of new revenue and profit generation opportunities from public sector clients. Working with subject matter experts across the business, you will develop new product and service offerings to grow market share and revenue.
Reviewing, improving and developing existing products and service offerings, you will ensure our Client is able to offer high quality services. Managing the proposition development process, you will make sure propositions are supported by customer and market insight whilst designing and developing compelling commercial propositions.
They are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of the pension sector and services within a proposition, business development and proposals role. With experience of working in pensions within the public sector, you will be client facing and an excellent communicator.
