Murray Edwards College is seeking a junior Front of House Supervisor to help plan and oversee the smooth and effective running of all of the Front of House Catering activities alongside and with the support of the Front of House Operations Manager and Front of House Supervisor

The role ensures that an appropriate level of service is delivered to all catering activities, monitoring, motivating and supervising the Front of House team to ensure the smooth delivery of all events as well as ensuring effective communication with the Kitchens to ensure the accurate delivery of meetings, conferences and events. Efficient stock control, cleaning and health and safety duties are intrinsic components of the role. 

The postholder will have prior experience in a similar role, accompanied by an NVQ level 2 in Food Safety. Personal attributes will include excellent customer service and strong interpersonal and communication skills, including in overseeing the work of others. Competence in IT with a good attention to detail, as well as a flexible approach are requirements. 

This is a full-time position, paying £17,365pa. Closing date for Applications by close of business on Friday 30 March 2018.
